SomethingFishy77
I am treating an established 10 gallon planted aquarium with the med trio. I added a couple fish from 2 of my other tanks. My question is can I does my regular easy green with the meds?
ScottieB
Welcome to the Coop! The short answer is.. probably. But you may not want to. In theory the med trio will affect the biological filtration and oxygen consumption (for a short term) adding the easy green will bump the nitrates further taxing an already slightly stressed ecosystem. I would hold off, the plants should tolerate a couple of skipped fertilizer doses. Hope that helps!

Mydonkeyfish
make sure to remove any carbon media! I have forgotten to do that when medicating and it was not good.
Levi_Aquatics
I would probably wait. I don’t think a week or two off easy green would be too bad. You could probably get away with using the easy green but it’s probably not worth the possible risks.
