Aqua junky
Theres so much conflicting content online about this and its enough to drive you mad lol. I was in your shoes not so long ago and I reached out to a professional and I was lucky enough to get them to help. My C02 comes on 30mins before my ramp up ( lights coming on aka sun rise) and shuts off 30 mins before my lights go out. Aerator is on 24/7. My lights mimic a summer day. I have my lights start low and I have a long ramp up period with only like 3 to 4 hours of full light before It starts the slow, long ramping down process just like a summer day. And since I started this regimen Ive seen explosive growth. I use very little C02. I run mine at like 1 to 2 BPS. Hope this helps.
