Moving with fish tanks

I may soon be moving across the country. I have a 30g and 125g fish tank. Thoughts on trying to move them across the country, or should I sell them and re-buy when I am relocated. The tanks are glass not acrylic. So they are heavier and obviously more fragile.

Having done cross country moves myself if your budget allows definitely sell and repurchase. The stress it will save you alone is very worth it. If you are taking your tank inhabitants I would secure the purchase before the move. There are several move threads on here that can give tips tricks and things to watch for. Best of luck.
