Papagoomba Posted October 15, 2021 Share Posted October 15, 2021 So im currious on how to propogate these 2 plants. with the octo do i just cut the stem at the top of the plant and then plant it in substrate or do i float it? With the water sprite a few stems broke during shipping so do i float those and wait for roots or do i plant them and let them root that way? Patrick_G Posted October 15, 2021 Share Posted October 15, 2021 (edited) Also, Sprite isn’t really a stem plant. Instead of one central stem it’s a bunch that are attached at a single root cluster. It’ll sort of self propagate every once in a while when a new cluster of stems grows and then releases.
