Maximus297759
Is this to much pump for 2 75 gallon tanks. I have total 10 air outlets on them. What would excess air pressure do? These run 30 watts and that’s 40$ for me run entire years. Or my something in 60watt diaphragm pump 80$ a year. So is medo fine with all back pressure it will have? I don’t want make muffler bleed excessive pressure. I just have no clue about these pumps any advice?
Tihshho
Ideally, if you're not running enough outlets you'd want to bleed off the air. The issue with bleeding off for most is the noise. If you look online the big name company who sells equipment for people setting up air systems also sells mufflers for this application so you don't hear the bleeding off noise as much. I'm sure with enough tinkering you'd be able to build your own.
StevesFishTanks
they make a smaller linear piston that may better suit your needs. It will still be overkill but less than the 45.
