Merlin M. Posted May 31, 2021 Share Posted May 31, 2021 Hi Cory, This is Merlin in Ohio. I had a bad experience with parasites, they killed all my fish. I am starting over, and would like to add some plants to my tank. Can plants bring parasites with them into a tank? Do plants need to be quarantined? Colu Posted May 31, 2021 Share Posted May 31, 2021 You can steriliser plant in a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution 2ml to the gallon by dipping them in bucket of hydrogen peroxide solution for 5mins remove them and put them in a bucket of dechlorinated freshwater for a couple of hour and then there safe to add to your tank Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
