Liz hughes
I believe my fish have a case of fungus, I added Salt according to the box which is 1 tbsp per 5 gallons and then when asking for corys advice he said he never dosed that low so he wasn’t sure it would help with my fungus. So I doubled the dose making it 32 tbsp in my 80g or 1 tbsp for every 2.5 G. My questions are 1. Is this fungus? 2. what is concentration of salt I should use if mine is still to weak 3. at this current concentration will it kill my plants off or if I increase it will it? thank you for your time Edited September 16, 2020 by Liz hughes
Administrators Cory Posted September 17, 2020 Administrators Share Posted September 17, 2020 It does look like fungus to me. That salt will be hard on your plants, might not kill them. Increasing it further probably would. Salt is a slow method to fix things, but generally works well.
