I thought it was great, and some beautiful views of the Amazon. Did this come out on another platform Cory posted about it on YouTube and said now free to watch?

So earlier today I was watching an older live stream from 2 years ago when Cory returned from Peru and he mentioned a video that they sponsored that would be coming out. I went to find it and it just so happened it came out today.

We have been looking this afternoon at auto doser and using one to dos prime and it looks like a cheaper way to go. i just wondering what other peoples options on it are.

I ended drilling holes and i am still getting air pockets but with the holes it releases as needed. This is a pic from under my tank, the 2 bigger circles are the easy planters and the smaller one is a decoration. from the top you can not see any discolored sand and if i move anything with this black sand I can stir it up and the discoloration goes away pretty fast. The parts that look like cracks are roots. I am not really sure what is going on but my fish and plants are doing great.

My dad wants to set up an auto water change but we have chloramine in our water. Does he need to remove it if he is only doing %10 daily water changes daily, and if so what are some of the cheapest ways to remove it without using something like prime.

No livestock in the tank atm, I am just trying to get the plants established. I am using fertilizer and a few days after putting in the first dose there was some algae building up on the glass and other stuff. I cleaned it out that day and reduced my light from 10 hours to 8 hours and the algae I didn't get seams to be going away. I am wondering if I should break up the Monte Carlo to help it spread around the tank?

Ammonia is only .25 or .5.

I set up this 10 gallon tank a week ago, I used potting soil under the gravel. My nitrates and nitrites are really high because of the soil and the duckweed has been doing really good. I do want to add shrimp when I get everything right and the plants are have taken hold. My question is should I do a water change now to get the nitrates down or just wait it out and let the plants take care of it?

The gas build up is what I was thinking the sand under them is a grayish/black also when I lift them up to get the air pocket up. I do move and mix the sand and the color goes away really quickly.

Nope, usually do about 50-70 percent water changes. My blood parrots do dig and throw sand around the planters a lot, though. I was thinking it might have to do with ammonia pockets that can build up in sand.

I have 3 easy planters in my aquarium for about a month now with cripts in them. I put root tabs in the little pot like Cory showed in one of his videos, and I have a sand substrate. Every time I do a water change there is a pocket of air that builds up under the planters. Even had it build up enough once to flip one of the plants over, I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't see it happen. The pocket of air smalls bad too. Should I drill a small hole so that won't build up?
