  1. Hi y’all So I decided to change my setup still keeping the same plants and stuff but I decided to go into Amazon puffers, I got a trio, I read they like being in groups, and thought that is a good number, also I know like my spotted Congo they need sails, what snails are the best for trimming their beak? And is there any other info I should know?

Hey guys I have a question for yah I have a fluval flex 32 gallon it has a pair of apistogramma baeschi and 12 cardinal tetras, I wanted to add more flow, was getting plant scum on the top of the water I added this wave maker below. I know they don’t like flow the apistogramma , I turned it alll the way down and pointed it upwards for surface agitation. They seem fine is it ok?

  4. Hey so I have a few questions, I’m setting up a new 40 breeder I’m just making a inquiry, it is, I was wondering can I have a solo fahaka puffer In a 40 breeder, from reading online it seems fine, but also want to get input also some background I’m in college 40 breeder is the max I can go in my apartment. I graduate next year and would likely upgrade to a 75 or 100 gallon. So could I still get the fahaka and if the 40 breeder is too small grow him out?  I would be getting a baby if it works and the babie is around 3 inches Any input thx.

  5. Ok gotcha I feed a mixture I made of food it is xtreme community flake, nano xtreme cichlid pellets, northfin fry food, and northfin Berta pellets this concoction of food is what my local breeder uses for all his fish and had great success should I stop if it causes hydra?

  6. Ok hydra is what I thought it was, they are super tiny and white color, and said above looks like a feather duster they are so tiny, can’t get a pic, is just scraping the glass the solution? Is there a med to put in? And also is there a fish or invertabrete that eats them?

  7. Hey guys I have a fluval flex 32 gallon heavily planted, and healthy I have a pair of apistogramma baeschi, and 12 cardinal tetras, I was looking at my aquarium, and noticed on the glass what looks like little feather dusters there is a tiny stem then a flower like fan on the top, I’m worried if this is epistilis I can’t get a good pic.

  8. Hey guys I have a fluval flex 32 gallon it currently is pretty planted with a pair of apistogramma baeschi, and 12 cardinal tetras.  I was wondering is there a pleco I could do or would that be pushing the bio load because if that is the case then no worries, I was looking at the snowball pleco would that be a good option open to all suggestions.

  9. Hey guys  I have a planted 40 breeder with a spotted Congo puffer he is solo, I am pretty sure he has epystilis, I was wondering it seems like ich x and Marycyn is the treatment for it, my question is can I just do the med trio. Would that knock it out for good.  This is also my show tank don’t have another one for qt, does the ich x stain silicone also. It seems it is at the beginning so want to get rid of it early.

    please help thx.
