Is the white fuzzy tail fin rot or normal? Also, is it normal for pleco to be near the surface? They did not do this behavior the past year. I was concerned and did a big water change today.

Just got the ziss baby brine shrimp hatchery and I absolutely love it!! Unfortunately their were some unhatched baby brine shrimp eggs while harvesting bbs. What’s the best to separate it? I’m currently feeding guppy fry and Pygmy corydoras and didn’t want them to choke on Unhatched eggs. TIA!

What is the best way of storing brine shrimp eggs long term? Unfortunately I’m having poor hatch rate, I’m assuming I should have left the container in the fridge instead of in the fish tank stand drawer.

I currently have a planted 40B and 20L that has no air pump. Would it be possible to grow a rcs colony without the noise of air pump/bubbler? TIA!

This could be a dumb question, but did anybody have trouble with the automatic feeder sticker? It should be two sided sticker but it seems to be only one sided. I tried to peel off the top part but it isn’t coming off. What am I doing wrong here?

What’s the best diy method of raising my 40 gallon breeder? My current fixture is fluval led (not 3.0). Notice the middle portion of my jungle Val are growing the fastest compared to the back side of the tank. Don’t want to buy the second light fixture.

@Flumpweesel Thank you so much for your kind words! Currently doing 50% WC + salt bath. This was my first FH. I would highly recommend if you have space. @Coluim currently doing salt bath, can I feed kana-led while doing salt bath? Heard you do one to not stress the fish. also, I currently don’t have focus rn, is their an alternative ingredient? Or can I use it without focus?

Heard jungle Val likes hard water. Is this true? I have soft water and was wondering if I should avoid jungle Val.
