I have 8 chili rasbora in a 14 gallon planted/aquascaped tank. I ordered some shrimp that will be in later this week. Been trying to wait for the plants to get more established before adding them.

I've seen his puffer and they do look fun. I dont have any insights about puffers. I just started with my first tank in November.

I would second quirkylemon: aquapets is more a one man operation (little cramped and 'seasoned tanks') but they are going to have more variety than you're going to find a a big box pet store. Worlds underwater is more upscale however their prices are higher.
