    Did u use the polyfilter only as an idicator for the water quality or put u more in the tank to get a better water quality?

    THX for your informations. I orderd now exact this polyfilter. I use 3 aquariums for my Puffers. An 55 liter dennerle tank for the puffers who are 1cm+, and 2 "IKEA Kallax" tanks wiht 25Liters for the eggs and jung puffers (check pictures). But i can´t find the error, why only 2 for 300 puffers survived in my last try. I use extrem clan water from an osmosis system, mixed with freshwater salt to get: KH 3, (Carbonat) GH 5 (overall hardness) PH ~6,5 NO2 0 ~26°C .....

    Thank you mountaintoppufferkeeper About the polyfilter, is this the sponge who change his color if it dedects nitrit? If yes, i know waht u mean, and this is a good idea. You talk abaut waterchange, how many waterchange are u doing and how much % did you do each?

    He ask: Did u feed Aremia (Brine Shrimps)? I Say: Yes, a lot oft him. I breed them in 4 JBL breeders. But my Problem ist, the tiniy fish in first 2 weeks, dont eat them. An the time from day one to day ~15 is my problem. I this time, the most baby fish are dieing.

    Hallo, ja das mache ich auch. In großen mengen sogar. Aber was ich bis jetzt feststellen konnte ist, das die Fische erst nach frühestens 15-20 Tagen Artemien fressen. Ich habe das Problem davor, das mit in dieser Zeit die meisten versterben.

    Hello guys, my name is Daniel and i am from germany. Pls excuse me for my bad english, but i try my best. I try to breed the puffer fish too. Currently I managed to get 7 of him big on the first try. These are now 8 weeks old. On my second attempt, I only got 2 large larvae out of over 300, they are now 4 weeks old. I also feed parameciums in lagre quantities, but i think that still wasn´t enough. Do you habe a trick for geeding a lot, wihtout polutuing the water too much? The pichtures shows how i try to breed them.
