Hope you don't plan on doing any maintenance on that bottom tank. Looks like an inch of clearance. I bought a different two tier stand from them I did have to remove a middle shelf to do any maintenance.

Aassassin Snails and feeding much much less have helped with my snail issue. But it will not rid the tank of all the snails.

I have great hard Florida water. I am building out a "dark" water tank lots of drift wood and Indian almond leaves. May try some other botanical as well. Are Apisto's out of the question with out using RO water? or killing quite a few fish before I find some that adapt? Should I just be trying to find fish more suited to my water? I have cycled a few tanks testing with the co-op test strips. Seems to always pick up ammonia.

Looks like most have bounced back now. Still see a couple looking sluggish. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I have a couple flag fish and zebra danios in a 20 gallon long. I noticed the flag fish lacked color and would not eat (danios have been fine) yesterday and did a large water change (50%). I saw some improvement in color but today they still will not eat. I did another small 25% water change and did a level 1 salt dose as well as cleaned out the sponge filter in the used aquarium water. Shortly after the water change I noticed that all my fish are now swimming at the bottom of the tank. I also see a slight haze in the water that was not there before (I assume this is just sediment being kicked up from the sponge filter clean) I do not know what to do now? picture included. Did I just kill my whole tank? I did use Fritz Complete during my water change and below is are my water parameters. PH - 7.2 Nitrate - sub 10ppm Nitrite - 0 Ammonia - 0 KH -120PPM GH - >301 Temp - 73 F

Got a couple lucky bamboo from lowes today. Can I just shove it in the water as long as the leaves are above water? Or just leave the root structure above the substrate?
