Neon_Tetras2003

I bought 5 neon tetras for my 10 gallon tank yesterday. 3 of the 5 are acting normal with good colors while 2 of them are very pale and not interacting with the others. The one in the video is my biggest concern right now. I am afraid it is neon tetra disease but I’m not sure. Any advice for what to do moving forward is greatly appreciated!
