Bolivian Ram beginnings of fin rot?

It has a blackish fin (the really long ones under its belly, the ones used to stop short). Is this the beginning of fin rot? Should I quarantine him just to be safe? Oh!!! That's a relief. Out of the 8 we have here, this was the only one with an obvious black on the pelvic fins. Does this indicate it is more mature than the others?

If there young that might just be starting to get full adult colour

The guy that sold them to me 2 months ago said that these were "nearly adult sized", so I guess these were young.
