Can someone identify the stem plant in the background?

I planted this about 3 months ago.  It took off nicely, but the growth seems to be stopped/very slow. Also has taken on a reddish cast.  Doesn't seem to be losing leaves.

My other plants are doing well.  Using Easy Green liquid and root tabs, along with Flourish Excel. What I think is fairly high light (but have no way to measure...)

Not very qualified guess but could it maybe be a hungry Pogostemon Deccanensis?

Mayaca Sellowiniana, an intermediate plant. Light isnt as much of an issue as having a good nutritional plan is. Mine perked up after giving it a good dose of extra potassium
