Need a low-power pump.

I replaced the pump in my JBJ 10 gallon nano (which was too fast, the water flow could not keep up to the pump chamber):

However, I'd like something even a bit slower.  Any suggestions?

Here's an option (I wish I new the GPH for the Fluval Flex WP500): https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/sicce-easy-line-mi-mouse-multifunction-pump-82-galhr-3425442

Here we go:

So, something in the 150 L/h or less might be good.

Sicce syncra nano was the only one I found.... If that fits. It also can be ran in adjustable mode.

If you need it, I can take a video of mine and give you an idea of min/max.

Thanks! I'll take a look.
