I’ve had RRF flower and even form tiny “fruits” but I have no idea if the seeds have ever grown since the plants reproduce quick enough I’m always harvesting some, moving them around, selling some, giving away some, etc. If you look close at this pic you can see the tiny fruits that are the same size as the flowers. They are darker red than the leaves. I never noticed the tiny fruit until I got a bigger bunch of flowers. There apparently have to be a fair number of flowers before there are enough open and blooming at once to get seeds/fruit.
