GCH
Been looking at acoop 's videos on putting an air stone in the sponge filter housing . What size and where do get the ones that fit ? I don't have an acoop filter as I wasn't aware of the co-op's sponge filter . Small money to get one so I might . The one I have is a twin tower type sponge filter and would like just add an air stone to it for looks , sound and the eye . Looked on acoop's site but the one the show doesn't look like it fits in the tube . So could some one inform me as to what air stone fits in the acoop filter or the one I have ? Then guess on amazon as to the best size to fit in the tube/housing . Thanks for the video was interesting .
Lennie
As far as I know, you have to break something inside to be able to place airstone there. You may find plenty of videos where to cut on youtube. I personally dont use my sponge with airstone in it. I find airstone more annoying 😄 but I remember seeing videos showing how to do it in other sponge filters too

The filters I have don't have the air supply plugged into the top . It's off to the side . I will look on youtube as you mentioned and see if there are air stones like mine to fit . If not a solution to my fit , I can just order a co-op filter and go that way . Thank you 😊
