My new Buddy

I have a small community tank with 6 Endlers, 6 Albino Corys, and 5 Ember Tetras

I recently picked up a red Honey Ghourami

Everytime I am messing with the tank, he follows my movements and looks up expectingly at me. Last night, I was vacuuming the gravel and he just stayed close to my hand and was looking up to watch me. He's like a puppy.

First time, I ever had a fish that was more of a pet, than livestock

I had a Betta that did the same.  They're like water puppies.  A bit like cats too, in that they're very curious/inquisitive.

That's nice, interactive fish are so much fun, which is why I miss my goldfish so much.
