Weird white dot on puffer. Need help with treatment?

Hi, I am write this to ask for help with the treatment for my puffer. I am waking up this morning to check up on the fish and saw a little white dot on his body. My thought is probably ich but he didn't show any weird behavior like rubbing on the glass or woods. He also try to look around for something to eat too. I am currently have ich x, paracleanse, general cure, aquarium salt, and maracyn. Any recommendation is definitely help. Thanks

It could be ich or Epistylis he's how you tell you two apart if it's Epistylis you want to treat with kanaplex in food feeding a small amount twice a day for 7 days as epistylis feed's off the gram negative bacteria on your fish and spreads more quickly at higher temperatures if it's ich I would start treating with ick x for three days after you see the last spots
