RobsFishWorld Posted August 21, 2022 Share Posted August 21, 2022 I added some aquarium salt to my 60 gallon tank yesterday because I’m going through ick right now. Now today my Angelfishes fins look red and he also has some redness around his mouth. I’m not sure if I added to much salt but I followed the directions. Fish Folk Posted August 21, 2022 Share Posted August 21, 2022 Have you checked all of your aquarium parameters? Sometimes a water change without adding treatment can cause burns. Also, increased ammonia may be at fault. It impossible that the set has had an impact of course. You just want to rule things out along the way. RobsFishWorld Posted August 21, 2022 Author Share Posted August 21, 2022 I had my tank water tested last weekend and everything was perfect.
