Clovis
My tank is very heavily planted where they is basically no open space. I find it really hard to clean the bottom while avoiding shrimp, Cory’s ect. any tips?
ccc24
I think most people don’t gravel vac a tank planted that heavily. They let nature take its course, decompose the waste and fertilize the plants.

Nyssa
Yeah I generally don't vacuum around my pogo octopus, it doesn't seem to mind the extra gunk 😅

Keeg
I don't gravel vac when its super dense but if I can fit a medium tube in, I will get the surface stuff at least because I dont like the look too much. I took an oral syringe and added airline tubing to the end so its a mini version of a siphon.
