TheMilkman
Stocking a 45 gallon with a pair of kribensis and about 8 congo tetras, anything else yall would recommend or is that about it. My water is pretty hard so i wanted to do a hard water tank instead of using RO water like i always do. Any suggestions appreciated!!
Scapexghost
I would consider an african butterfly fish and a few of the smaller synodontis catfish. Im thinking a west-african themed tank since you already have the kirbs and the congo tetra.
Cheryl P.
I'm pretty sure african butterfly fish like softer water. I've been considering them for my 220 gal south american cichlid tank so I've been doing some research on them.

I do like the look of the dwarf synodontis catfish a lot, gives a different look other than cory cats
Patrick_G
Maybe some Killifish to fill in the upper part of the tank.
