New amanno shrimp laying on his back and sporadically kicking his legs.

Added 3 the other 2 seem fine

Might be trying to molt? New water conditions almost always induce a molt in these guys.

It doesn't look like it went well, he looks dead, I'm going to leave him overnight to give him a chance

Looks female to me, but yeah, leave it overnight. When they're dead, trust me, you'll know.

How quickly did you introduce them to the tank? If the others are looking alright, this probably isn't a problem, but of course shrimp are super-sensitive to changes in water.

I did drip acclimation for over an hour the ppm was within 20
