Scol97
Hey Everyone, I purchased these Turquoise Rainbowfish and quarantined them for 10 days. I recently put them into my 45 gallon community tank with my Millenium Rainbows. I am just noticing these white lips on the Turquoise rainbows today. I am seeing that eat could be either columnaris or a fungal infection. All fish are acting normally and only the new ones are showing white lips. What is the best option to proceed? Struggle
Hi Scol97, My rainbows end up with white lips occasionally, especially the males. I think it’s from them sparring, running into things and just being rainbows in general. I’d just keep a close eye on it for now and make sure it doesn’t get fungus looking or any worse. Sorry for the horrible C. bleheri pictures but hopefully they’ll help with a comparison for you.
