HotTunaCartel
I've had these guys in the qt tank for about two weeks now. One of the neons is about the same size it was when I got them, the others have grown nicely. This one is almost clear and I can pretty much see through its body. He is healthy and eats fine. In the beginning it was a bit standoffish with the other fish but now has no problem swimming with them. I'm not sure if this is just an odd tetra or it may be a mix with a glowlight tetra? Native Keeper
It's either another species of tetra, or just a runt. Maybe try asking the store you bought the group from?
HotTunaCartel
This was a quick buy from a box store while we were out and about a few weeks ago. They did have the glowlight tetras in the same tank with a divider. Next time we go for dog food ill check out if there is anything close to them that may have swam across. Levi_Aquatics
It might just be an odd neon however considering that the neons and glowlights were in the same tank there is a chance it could be a glowlight.

From that pic it surly looks like a different species of fish.

Its weird for sure but you can still see that slight red towards the tail but the top is clear, I think the darker part on the top is from the black background

Definitely healthy, was the smallest of the bunch and was worried at first but completely fine since a few days after qt.

Blaha
I would almost guess that looks like a Glowlight tetra. Either way it has some issue where it is missing it's bioluminescence
