Minanora
Sort of looks like a swim bladder issue. What are your parameters like? I had one of mine develop swim bladder issues after a nitrate spike.

Minanora
Could be constipated. Has she been pooping? Did she get knocked around in the turbulence or scared into an object during the water change? If she's not pooping I would fast her for three days and then feed her a de shelled pea frozen, but thawed with a zap in the nuker. I'm sure others can chime in as well. I am by no means an expert. Just my observations and experience with a female guppy that did a similar stunt. It could be an infection or parasites as well. But it for sure looks like something to do with her swim bladder.
