Jay99
Fluval Fresh and Plant 3.0 LED Light Fixture aquarium PAR comparison between 59 Watt; 48" To 60" and 46 Watt; 36" To 48" models. In process of setting up 84” Long x 30” Wide x 30” Deep freshwater aquarium. Considering the use of one 59 Watt; 48" To 60" and one 46 Watt; 36" To 48" models to span the 84” aquarium length without overlapping fixtures. My thoughts are that the wattage per inch of Fluval Fresh and Plant 3.0 LED Light fixtures are similar (1.277 WATTS/INCH for 46 Watt; 36" To 48" model and 1.229 WATTS/INCH for 59 Watt; 48" To 60" model) that I should have basically same PAR reading at 28” depth. Question 1: Would my basic watt per inch calculations result in similar PAR reading at 28” depth? Question 2: Would PAR reading difference be visually noticeable? Thank you, Jay
Mmiller2001
I would look at Finnex Planted ALC's, Cheaper and better spectrum.
