Do I wait a couple days for the fish to de-stress from transport (overnight) or just use the meds right away? Should I feed before using meds? However I would only treat with the med trio a few days after you get the fish so they aren't stressed. sairving Posted June 24, 2021 Share Posted June 24, 2021 Is there something wrong with the fish? I wouldn't treat the fish at all with medication unless they are ill. As long as you are buying from a reputable store or seller they should be okay. Quarantine them for a bit if your worried about it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
