  1. I’m keeping the 20 long! I just have to find a way to cut my Driftwood as it’s too tall🤔
  2. Yes it is! And I couldn’t figure out why what was bugging me about that 29 gallon until I got the 20 long and so excited to do this switch! Trying to figure out how to cut these off ~ I don’t have a saw ~ you think it’s easier to cut wet or cut them when they’re dry?
  3. That was my decision like 10 minutes ago! I was always going to get rid of the cracked one but replace it with the 29 gallon new. But I’m gonna keep this 20 gallon long ~ I’m very excited! Haven’t said that my tall forest wood it’s gonna be too tall I bet you then I have to go get them sawed off😡 And the hits just keep on comin Too tall😡
  4. MTS why does that sound familiar and do I even want to know what it means? Can I use a 3 gallon tank for quarantine cause I have that. And easy to set up if I can find all the pieces…
  5. Oops! I forgot the picture! And you know it doesn’t even really look like that ~ it looks like crack not like a pretty bubble but I can’t get close enough and I take great macro shots and this one is killing me!😂
  6. Patrick Patrick Patrick! NO! I cannot keep both because I would have to buy a lid another stand And filter and heater! I will still have to go buy another tank because one is cracked. 😩 It does I’m an idiot ~ I knew that Have it written right in front of me🫣🥴 It’s so tiny I took a picture I can’t feel it on the inside or the outside. Here’s a picture for what it’s worth. Also if I kept it that’s a good point, a quarantine tank but I would have to keep it up and running all the time right for the wet pets that I still don’t have an it’s been six months🤪
  7. Oh my gosh I love you! I have the measurements right in front of me and I did not put two and two together. Because I just took it off and put it on the long it does fit perfect!! Well that is good to know! I don’t know what to do I’m so fickle either choice I make I’ll be regretting it😂😂 it would be easier and I can add and take out decorations without diving into it!😂
  8. I have a little tiny crack in my aquarium which is 29 gallon. I ordered a new one but I got a 20 gallon long by accident ~ So I been looking at it all night and I kind of like the length as opposed to the 29 which is tall. If I keep the 20 I have to buy a lid. I just need some suggestions! On the 20 gallon long they can swim back-and-forth have a lot of room. The 29 they can go up higher… What are your thoughts? I thought of both of them but I still have to replace the cracked one. And I can’t even get my current 29 gallon cracked one cycled because of cracks and fires and everything else! I can’t imagine trying to do too at the same time. So the question is which one would you guys keep?
  9. Well I’m taking the wrong size that I bought ~ the 20 long and they are giving give me credit Towards the 29, tomorrow. I was gonna keep it but then I’d have to get a Stand a lid a light. Forget it I want to get fish!!😂 And the wet pets are still a long time coming from now anyway😮😂
  10. My tank was delivered just a little while ago. Unfortunately I got the wrong size I got a 20 gallon long ~ mine is a 29 gallon same length but it’s a lot taller. So I called and they’re warranty is only 30 days I bought it March 26 th😞So I’m gonna keep the 20 long but still I have to buy the 29 gallon to replace the cracked One. Aqueon makes the one that’s cracked.
  11. I have a new one coming tomorrow. I have to drain the tank and take out all the gravel I know I know it’s only 20 gallons it’s not 55 or 100 but still I’m allowed to wine
  12. You would? Well shitums. This tank came in a kit so I don’t think they would just give me another tank. I don’t know though ~ And this crack if that’s what it is probably happened when the movers moved it….50 feet🙄 $50 for a 20 gallon long at Walmart or I could wait until there’s a sale a dollar a gallon thing…
  13. Thank you! No I cannot feel it on either side ~ I bought the tank new in April and I still have not one wet pet🥺
  14. I forgot the picture! It’s in the middle and microscopic. 20 gallon tank
  15. Well I hope I haven’t cursed you through the Internet with Voo doo or something! You’ll figure it out I’m so glad you responded! Here’s my tank but I think I found a teensy-weensy crack on it! Check my thread out and tell me what you think. But here’s my tank so far. I don’t wanna put all my plants back in if I have to get a new tank🥺 it’s a really clear now this was a few days ago I was gonna put in some plants before I went to work but nope found that little tiny crack😞 I took a thread out tell me what you think!
  16. I have been trying to get a picture for the last hour. I take pictures all the time and never had a problem with a Macro shot but here it is. I must’ve got dinged in the move of 50 steps away from my burnt up apartment🤦‍♀️ I can’t feel it, it’s inside or out it won’t go away! At first I thought it was a stuck on bubble. I don’t know ~ will it spider ~ should I just blow it off ~ should I go get a new tank? I am putting fish in a tank I’ll be damned if I’m gonna stop now! What would you do?
  17. I was just wondering about that floss. My tank is full I can’t believe it!
  18. Thanks guys I appreciate it! Remember mine is like to python but it is not the python is a cheaper version. With the Pytha never had this problem! I will check out your suggestions!
  19. Hopefully y’all haven’t forgot me🫣 I am trying to start a siphon and it’s not working🥺 It’s like the python ~ you hook it up to your sink. But I don’t remember how I got the water to start draining out😡 I have Unpacked my last box yesterday only took me three weeks. I can’t find the little instructions that came with this hose! It just won’t start sucking up. And I took me a while to do it at my apartment that was caught in the fire but I finally did it with 10 moving people running around ~ I don’t member how I did that🙄 I have it hooked up to my sink and the rest is in the aquarium. Some quick easy simple steps would benefit me a lot😂
  20. That’s a wonderful post you made my contacts float🥹♥️♥️ I guess I’m chipper because now I’m living out of one apartment instead of three. Talk about stressful and I’m back to being 3 miles from work six minutes instead of 20 which is where my hotel was. I can’t find any utensils and I can’t find Alexa she’s probably dead in some box! I’m using a miniature knife or a sword that’s all I have😂😂 Thank You! I have missed you! It will be nice to work on that tank! Was hard to move from my burnt up apartment because I couldn’t get the siphon to start to drain it😞😡 I wish I never got this one – should’ve got the python but I didn’t have deep pockets. But I will be switching!
  21. Thanks everyone!!♥️ but I’m back this damn tank is going up I don’t know when ~ We are not jinxed🫣😂 I have to clean the gravel just fill it up a little and switch it around and to clean it all ~ right ~ can’t be that hard shouldn’t take a PhD🙄 But it might😂 Thank God I did not have fish. When the fire was almost out the wonderful fireman took me in my apartment with flashlights everywhere and let me grab important things. When I came From the kitchen all three of them are bending over they pulled off all the tarp and they said “Marie, we don’t see your fish they might’ve died what should we do?” I let it go for a little longer cause they had cute butts and then I told them “I don’t have any fish guys”. It was a good laugh in the moment of disaster! it’s good to be back can’t move in here but I’m working on it♥️
