Looks like a carnivorous plant known as utricularia or "bladderwort" of some sort. The small, dark, and round "bladders" are actually traps used to catch paramecium and other small prey items from the water column. Could be a pest in tanks/ponds where you are trying to breed fish or shrimp and is hard to eradicate so making sure not to move the plant and cross contaminate into other bodies of water is important. The plant is considered a noxious invasive plant in certain states, again, depending on what species it is.

Hey local Edmonds customers! We have a few new hardscape stone options we are selling, and I just wanted to let you all know about them! (Just in time for the 8/19/22-8/21/22 stone sale too). (From left to right, top to bottom) 1. "Ebony Sunrise" is a dark, almost black stone with natural brown marbling throughout. 2. "Emerald Green Quartz Stone" is a high mica content silvery-green stone with lots of iridescence to it. 3. "Hawaiian Sunset" is a very warm-toned stone with lots of reds, oranges, and browns to it. 4. "Nature's Paradise" is a light-colored slightly warm toned stone with a decent amount of iridescence to it as well. All 4 stones are flat and almost slate-like, so if you've been searching for some flat stones to make your own cave structures or lean-to hides in your aquariums or terrariums, we now have options for you!
