  1. Thank you so much for the quick response! I will give the salt treatment a try 🤞
  2. Hi all, I recently added 12 white cloud mountain minnows to one of my fully cycled tanks (it also has a few corys which are fine). From day 1 a few of the white clouds have a white spot on their lower jaw. The spots haven’t changed or grown since adding them to the tank 10 days ago and they are active and feeding well. Should I use the wait and see approach here, I don’t want to net them into a quarantine tank and cause stress unless absolutely necessary. Could this be columnaris if there haven’t been any changes in the spots or deaths? The spot sometimes looks like it is even just part of their jaw but not all of the fish have it. Tank is 22L, ammonia 0 - nitrite 0 - nitrate 5, pH 7.5, temp 73F
  3. Thank you! I’ll give that treatment plan a try 🤞
  4. Hey everyone - I bought some new neon tetras from my LFS about a week ago and they seemed to be settling in well. But today I noticed one of them has a bit of a gray patch on its spine. It’s not fluffy or anything. Any ideas? I have moved the little one to a separate QT tank for now. The tank is a 22G long and cycled (5 nitrate, 0 nitrite and 0 ammonia, pH ~7.4, temp 75F, filtered, 25-50% water change every other day for 1st week). Only other fish are some false julii Cory’s I bought the same day.
