So if I keep water clean he should be fine and use iodine

Sorry for bothering again but do you think is this dangerous or i shouldnt be worried

I have iodine at home and could easly buy it but I dont know how it happened last saturday when doing water change i noticed it and it was like this. Edit: country I am in is Bosnia

Hospital tank doesnt have any plants so that wouldnt be problem. Do you think my fish would be fine or is this dangerous? Also noticed bulge on top fin pushing it a little outwards

I dont have anything at hand right now and fish medication is equal to non existent only thin that could be obtainable is aquarium saltbwhich i seen at couple of places

ammonia 0 nitrites 0 nitrates are in normal levels i do weekly water changes of 25% and my filtration setup is basic overflow filter which is placed on wall of my 65l aquarium

A week ago I noticed something weird on my right side of fish near gills. Since then hes been in small hospital tank with daoly water change. I am wonderih what more can I do for him and how dangerous is it? Also scales seem going really slightly outward and his fin on damaged side is half gone. Any help wouod be appricieted I am really worried for little guy. First pic is one where there is more white stuff near wound and newest being one with least
