I know it's a rough rili not to worried about that more so interested in the red blotches appearing on the yellow/orange shell I've never personally seen it and I've been breeding/selling neos for a while now

Has anybody seen a orange neo colored like this and should I cull it and push for it to breed more (hopefully) I've personally never seen one it's like a koi design but on a neo?
