I just bought a tiger lotus and the roots aren't very long so I'm having trouble keeping it in the substrate without completely submerging the bulb which I don't want to do. Is it ok to keep it it floating in the tank until roots grow longer? Thanks!

What are the hardiest fish that stay a inch or smaller? I'm new to this but have a heavily planted 10 gallon tank. Thanks 🙂

I am having this exact same problem. All the other plants in my tank are doing fine (variety of anubias and cardinals) but I can't seem to keep the ferns from from getting brown spots and dying. So I started adding more fertilizer but then got algae 🤷 I'm may try adding more potassium like mentioned above.
