Sick fish?

I have an angelfish that is being very slow and not moving as much as he used to he used to swim all the way across tank and eat now he won't eat unless I put flakes right above him but yet his feces is still white see-through and stringy and explanation? I thought internal parasite but not sure what to use

Looks like your angelfish might have tapeworms, you should look into medications like Fritz Paracleanse, Aquarium SolutionsPrazipro or API General Cure, which will all deworm your fish. Look for online pictures of tapeworms on aquarium fish to see if they look like your Angel's poop.
