Vampire shrimp

Is there a way to affect what color they change to? Before moving here, one of my vampire shrimps were white. Now both of them are brown. It would be pretty cool with blue ones

with vampire shrimp, there's a few factors, but i find mainly water hardness and gravel color helps. harder water/(slightly) higher salinity tends to produce bluer shrimp and the color of the tank's gravel will effect how dark or light they become (usually corresponding with how dark or light the gravel is). hope this helps!
