Thanks, This is a very interesting forum. I have been a hobbyist since I was 10, I am now 70. 

Started with Fresh, moved to Marine, then back to fresh. Most important thing I have learned is to keep it simple.

Nice to meet you.  I started in the late 1970s myself.  Babysat for a couple that had an 8ft tank.  I was memorized by it.  They gave me a fish bowl and a guppy, and it grew from there.  Also had a marine tank for a while.  Was away from the hobby for years, came back to it about 8 years ago.  The amount of information out there was overwhelming to say the least.  Was so glad to have found Aquarium Co-op's youtube channel, and this forum.  Everyone is so helpful.
