Aqueon Tropical Fish flakes vampire crabs

Hello all!

 

Last night I sprinkled some Aqueon Tropical Fish Flakes on the soil of my vampire crab tank and this morning they were all picking at it. But tonight, on a whim I checked the ingredients and there is "Copper Amino Acid" is that just as dangerous as just copper to crabs?

Copper Amino acid is a Copper Salt (Copper with an acid) mixed with Amino ( molecules that combine to form proteins) to keep it together. It does contain copper however, so I wouldn’t feed it again. 😅
Are the crabs doing ok?

Yeah, I already threw out what was left of the flakes. And they are all still active and alert
