Honey Gourami Identification/sexing

Those are actually not honey gourami but thick lipped gourami. Stores often label them as "red honey gourami" but they are a seperate species from a honey. It does look like you have a male and a female. You can tell by the dorsal fin. Males have a pointed dorsal and females rounded. Here's my 2 thick lipped gourami. 

Here's Fred with the pointed dorsal.
