Will a CO2 bomb kill snails and Planaria too?

I have an infestation of scuds in my shrimp tank; there are literally hundreds of scuds. I'm not sure if I am breeding shrimp or scuds at this point😅 I am about to do a CO2 bomb, and there is also an infestation of planaria in the tank, as well as snails. Does anyone know which of  these creatures the CO2 will kill?

What do you mean by CO2 bomb, is it just normal CO2 injections or is it extremely high doses of CO2? If it is a high dose then are you gonna kill the shrimp also or take them and put them in a different tank? A CO2 bomb may kill off the snails and planaria it only depends on the concentration of the CO2 because it may not kill them all at once and may take a couple doses.
