I really wanted to get a Green Terror but could not find a store in WA (Kitsap County) that had them. I ended up getting a juvenile Jack Dempsey and an Electric Blue Jack Dempsey. Later picked up a Geophagus Balzani that was only $2 and I eventually picked up 5 clown loaches. As far as equipment, I am running a Fluval 307 canister with the Fluval UV sterilizer light. I recently upgraded my lighting from the cheap Walmart Led hood cover to a Fluval Aquasky 2.0 which is amazing! phenomenal lighting and the app allows me to set it and forget it. The driftwood I’ve had for about 15 years now and all the plants I purchased from Aquarium Co-Op. Trying to stick to 25% weekly water changes as much as possible.
