@Chick-In-Of-TheSeaone more question. How much water do you use? I add extra, because it's way too thick to work with using the instructions on the label.  It starts setting up before I can even wet all the powder

I use 3 T. Repashy, 2 T. calcium carbonate, and I follow the Repashy bottle for the water amount.  I just make it in something like a coffee mug.  Set timer 20 minutes, then turn it out and cut it into cubes. 

I have used molds for the Knox gelatin recipe, but haven't tried molds for Repashy because with Repashy my batches are small.  @TeeJay has used molds with repashy for his corydoras, I believe.

I boil it until a fork slides into the carrot with minimal effort.  Then I take it out of the water and let it cool for 5-10 minutes.  Purple carrots are ok.
