CO2 diffuser

Hi, I am getting into CO2. I will be using it on a 20gal high, and I do not know what CO2 diffuser to use. I have done some research online but there is so many options IDK which one to pick. I will use a 10 lb CO2 tank a aquatec basic CO2 regulator

Hi @Fishguy

You are right, there are a lot of choices out there.  I have a question, do you have a canister filter that you are using on that 20 gallon tank?  If so which brand and model.  This way we can determine if an in-line diffuser will work or if you need an in tank diffuser.

No I have it running on a sechaem tidal 35

I think a in tank would be better i think that some thing glass or acrylic with a white diffuser would be better or the Neo diffuser or something like that

Hi @Fishguy

If you had a canister filter I would have suggested an Atomic Inline Atomizer / Diffuser.  When I have a tank with just HOB or sponge filters I like to use a ceramic disc or tube diffuser.  Glass ones can be fragile or you can look at something a little rugged like the Atomic ceramic diffusers like Greenleafaquariums.com sells.  -Roy
