Thank you everyone for you advice I treated the fungal treatment i got from the the aquarium store in Edmonds. I did the week as recommended symptoms went got better after 2 days and un noticeable by 5. I did have left over medicine that wasn't enough for a full second week so I did 2 extra days nothing seems to be negative effect. (Possible my octopus plant was effected but I think it might be a mineral deficiency I have some similar symptoms to other plants l)

What disease is this? what should I do to treat it? It's a panda corrydoras I do have plants and nirite snail possible some pond snails too
