Thankyou. I mixed some spirulina powder with water to pour in. I've used it before, got up today to find all daphnia dead!!! Maybe it was too much.

I grow daphnia and have just fed them green water up to now. Would you share with my your secrets on daphnia culture what to feed, set up etc please?

Hello from UK I have a few chronic health problems including a bad back and because of this I cannot maintain external canister filters. Not a problem in my breeders I use large sponge filters, and in my larger 200litre community I run two internal filters. Years ago I made my own version of the python, very successful for water changes. In my breeder room which is also my sewing room, I have a big comfy wheeled executive chair and tanks are at eye level when seated in this. Most things areanageable. It's very relaxing if I have a bad day to just recline and watch corys videos.

Hi, I'm Alyson, have kept fish for years, I have a large community tank, and 3 breeders. I breed fancy guppies, just started recently with blue moscow and purple moscow. I also have a passion for bristlenose and have snow whites, super reds and a large female albino who seems to be in charge in the community tank. I used to belong to an aquarist club, but the venue over too far away for evening meetings but I occasionally go to their auctions.
