She's getting her first Epsom Salt Bath today, Will give her a second bath tonight. Hoping to see some improvement in time.

Hello, Newbie to this forum. 55 gallon established community tank ~ PH 6.7 ~ Water Temp 77° This Tetra has these tumor like bulges on both sides It's otherwise acting normal and showing no signs of distress. My question is does anyone know what this is? Is there anything that can be done to help? Thanks for any insight.
