ive had him for a few days now. I water temp is around 79- 81 degrees F. the ph of the water is around 7

The crayfish has been lying on its side since the morning. It had been hiding behind a rock in the tank for the past 2 days and ate only a little bit. i dont know whether it is molting or dying. it has been lying on its side and moving its appendage's. Could someone pls help me ? This my first time keeping crayfish.
