I’m planning to use the med trio method. One week only feeding lightly on the fourth day.

I have a 40 gallon breeder with a small guppy colony. I’m planning to add 12-15 White Clouds and 12-15 pigmy corys. I have a 10 gallon quarantine tank. Can I quarantine and add both schools at once, or should I add them separately? If separately, does it matter which one I do first? Thanks
